We offer limited warranties on eligible custom products:

🧱 Product Construction

Metal-Based Coasters:

  • Mylar protective film

  • High-resolution photo print

  • Front and rear metal plates

  • Cork or MDF backing

Sublimated MDF/Hardboard Products:

  • Dense MDF or hardboard core

  • Heat-pressed dye-sublimation image

Aluminum Sublimation Panels:

  • Coated aluminum surface

  • Vivid sublimation print

  • Indoor use only

🔍 What These Warranties Cover

45-Day Warranty (Coasters & MDF/Hardboard)

Covers manufacturing-related defects, including:

  • Mylar peeling, bubbling, or delamination

  • Warping or separation of layers

  • Flaking or print failure (due to production error)

1-Year Warranty (Aluminum Panels)

Covers image fading only, caused by normal indoor conditions.

❌ What These Warranties Do NOT Cover

  • 💧 Moisture damage (soaking, submersion, dishwasher use)

  • 🔥 Heat damage (microwaves, ovens, or direct heat)

  • ☀️ UV damage (except indoor aluminum panel fading)

  • ✨ Normal wear and tear (scratches, chips, fading from use)

  • 🧱 Impact damage (dropping, bending, crushing)

  • 🛠️ Misuse, improper care, or post-purchase alterations

⚠️ Mounting Hardware Exclusion

Wall mounts, kickstands, adhesives, or any other mounting accessories are not covered under warranty.
However, they may be purchased separately by contacting us through the warranty process.

🔁 Transferable Warranty

The warranty is transferable if complete original order details are provided:

  • Original purchaser’s name

  • Order number

  • Product type and delivery date

🛠️ Replacement Parts Option

We may, at our discretion, offer replacement parts (e.g., panels, backing, plates) instead of full product replacements.

All warranty resolutions—including full replacement, store credit, or part replacement—are at our sole discretion.

📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim within your coverage period:

  1. Email us at info@colorfusepromotions.com

  2. Include:

    • Your name & order number

    • A clear, brief description of the issue

    • 📸 High-quality photos showing the problem

📌 Note: Poor-quality or unclear photos may delay or void your warranty review.

⚠️ Warranty Discretion & Limitations

  • Warranty claims may be denied for any reason, at our discretion

  • Warranty decisions are final and made on a case-by-case basis

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our maximum liability is limited to product replacement, store credit, or replacement parts

🚫 Return Policy – All Sales Final

All products are custom-made to your specifications.
As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason outside of an approved warranty claim.

🧽 Product Care Instructions

To extend product life:

  • Clean gently with a damp cloth

  • Do not soak, submerge, or use in dishwasher

  • Avoid direct heat and sunlight

  • Display aluminum panels indoors only
